So the story goes something like this:
My wife (Amy) and I (Cole) live deep in the woods of Toronto. We roast, brew, and drink a lot of coffee. While we are interested in the journey from farm to cup, and are active practitioners of all things in between, this blog will be primarily dedicated to the exploration of the art of local coffee in Toronto. We’ve both done our time behind the espresso machine, so we are taking to the streets to discover all this city has to offer with respect to the art of coffee, offering our thoughts along the way.
One more thing. Why call the blog Four Saints Coffee? The reason is twofold. One – it’s difficult to come up with blog names that haven’t been taken, so this was the best I could come up with. Two – I noticed that the Toronto subway system has four different ‘religious’ stops. St. Andrew, the partron saint of Scotland; St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland; St. George, the patron saint of England; and finally, St. Clair.
